What would tears bring –

Finale of the lines

Led the way to high heavens. 

The gays danced along with Gunshots in the club.

They might have

Confused the music with the gunshots

Forgotten to tie their boots.

On the door knocked violence - On the door of the night

of passionate clasps.

It is a world of idiots

Wars are fought for ideas. What more to be said –

when victory lies in numbers.

‘Love wins’;

Rainbows curled in avatars

Not so long before.

A meaningless gesture it wasn’t,

But –

fifty were reaped in Orlando.

‘Thou shalt not kill’; 

voiced or unvoiced -

May this be known to all

Despite.

I know not if heroic fights were up

That night just like in the movies.

All I saw was an SMS – ‘I love you, mom’

And bullets and the loo may have met.

Man is broth spoilt by too many cooks. Inside of stale cultures

The different are destroyed

By the deluded

Thinking they have to be alike

To be humanized.

‘Inhumane!’ , they say. And no animal does that - Hence very humane.
